Meet at Massanetta
Our 18 meeting rooms accommodate 8 to 300 people and our open-air auditorium can hold groups up to 700. Indoor, outdoor and intimate meeting spaces offer unique experiences, beautiful views and audio visual options to enhance your presentation. We can set up your space in whatever configuration you would like and you are welcome to bring your own projectors, screens, easels, pads, televisions and sound equipment or rent ours for a minimal fee.
Additional Meeting Spaces
Carolina
Carolina is a stand alone building at the edge of our main parking lot. It is perfect for meetings of about 30 people with private bathrooms, kitchenette, and three small rooms.
Bales
Bales is a small room off the Historic Hotel lobby. It has a conference table set for 8 people and works well for small meetings, or to be used as an “office” for larger groups.
Grant
Grant is a private room inside our dining hall. It is a perfect space for private dinners or meetings of up to 35 people. Built in audio available.
Bell
Bell is a large indoor space in the middle of Camp Massanetta. It is works well for a common area for those using camp.
Hudson Classrooms 1- 6
Hudson classrooms are located below the Hudson Auditorium across the road from the Historic Hotel. They are wonderful spaces to hold break out groups or smaller meetings.
Hotel 1
Hotel 1 is a small classroom on the first floor of the Hotel Addition. It is good for small meetings or youth classes.
Wellford
Wellford is the back section of our dining hall segmented off with dividers. It is a great space for larger groups gathering for a meal. Built in audio available.
Lupton
Lupton is a stand alone building across the road from the Historic Hotel with a private bathroom and a large porch. Perfect for any small gathering.
Hotel 2
Hotel 2 is another small classroom on the first floor of the Hotel Addition and smaller than Hotel 1. It is good for small meetings or youth classes as well.
The Nursery
The Nursery is on the first floor or the Historic Hotel Addition. It’s a great space for children to be cared for while other activities are being held for other age groups.

Discounts
Groups that dine OR lodge at Massanetta Springs receive a 25% discount off additional meeting rooms.
Groups that dine and lodge also receive a 50% discount off additional meeting rooms.
Groups of 20 or more lodging in Richardson Hall or the Hotel addition and eating meals in our dining room receive one complimentary meeting room.

Please note that the rates above are for groups that are lodging and/or dining at Massanetta. For pricing on one-day-only events, such as office retreats, business workshops, and other special events such as birthdays, anniversaries, picnics, and reunions, please contact us.
