Hospitality Interns - It takes a lot to welcome thousands of guests each summer. From welcoming people at the front desk, to setting up rooms, and so much more. If you have a heart for servant leadership, love working with people, and like to be physically active at work, consider our Hospitality Intern positions. Lifeguard and/ or Challenge Course Facilitator - Our guests have a lot of fun at Massanetta Springs. However, fun also depends upon safety. We need lifeguards for the pool and waterfront, and challenge course facilitators for our low ropes course and zip-line, to allow all the fun to happen safely! Cooks/Dishwashers/Waitstaff - Do you have a passion for cooking or working behind the scenes in a large kitchen that serves hundreds of people each summer? We are in need of cooks, dishwashers, and waitstaff (collecting dishes). Enjoy a summer at Massanetta while providing hospitality at mealtimes. Netta Day Camp Counselor - (POSITIONS FILLED). Come be a part of something brand new at Massanetta Springs! 2019 will be the first summer we have offered Netta Day Camp for children ages 6 - 12. Program Intern - (POSITION FILLED) Massanetta’s Program Intern works most closely with Middle School Conference and Bible and Church Music Conference. This position will allow you to serve those who are leading those conferences, and give you a look behind the scenes of what it take to make these events happen.
