Massanetta Springs is the perfect place to stage your group’s next winter adventure. Located just 11 miles from the Massanutten Resort, we provide lodging options for every budget, delicious meals, meeting space, and grounds as spacious as they are beautiful! We provide the linens, cook the food, and clean the dishes. You simply buy the lift tickets or water park passes and have fun with your group! In the evening, recount the stories of the day as you sit around a warm Massanetta fire. What could be easier?

Full Package

$75.00 per person. Includes lodging (double occupancy), three meals (breakfast, bag lunch and dinner OR breakfast, lunch and bag dinner) and hot chocolate by a roaring fire! The full package price also includes one meeting space for your group at no charge.

Partial Package

$50.00 per person. Includes lodging (double occupancy) and breakfast. Additional meals can be added at the regular prices.

Cottages

Another housing option is our cozy cottages: Wilson Cottage, Virginia Cottage, and Hodge Lodge. Wilson Cottage sleeps 25 (20 on bunk beds, 5 on cots), Hodge Lodge sleeps 29 (26 on bunk beds, 3 on twin beds) and Virginia Cottage sleeps 22 (all on bunk beds). Each cottage has a kitchen, giving your group the option to prepare all or some of your own meals or enjoy meals in our dining room (call for rates).

$399 for the first night, $349 per night. Linens are not included in the price for cottages, but are available for $7.00 per set.
