Volunteer Information

We cannot express how grateful we are to all of you for signing up to help us serve our new neighbors here at Massanetta. We truly could not do this without you.

Here is some information for you as a volunteer.

If you signed up for a volunteer shift, you should have received an email from the Hospitality Intern with a link to our background check form. Please fill out this form so that we can get it processed before your volunteer date. The background check usually takes 7-10 days. We will contact you if there is an issue with it going through. If you cannot find the email with the link, please email the hospitality.intern@massanettasprings.org.

Please bring your vaccine card for your first time serving meals. The Dining Services Manager or other cook on duty will need to see it. Please also bring a mask with you to wear for the duration of your time volunteering.

When you arrive, please use the loading dock that leads to the kitchen. Other doors to the hotel will likely be locked. You may use the employee parking area closest to the loading dock.

Hours for volunteer shifts are:

Breakfast - 7:30-10:30 AM

Lunch - 12:00-3:00 PM

Dinner - 4:30-7:00 PM
